Job summary

Bonterra seeks a Staff Monetization and Pricing Strategist to build Bonterra's first dedicated pricing function. This senior IC role will own willingness-to-pay research, value metric design, packaging architecture, and AI pricing methodologies across a SaaS portfolio and a fast-growing AI product line.

You will assess existing structures, stand up strategy and cadence from the ground up, and partner with senior leaders to align pricing with 2027+ goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of pricing strategy experience in a multi-product B2B SaaS environment or pricing strategy consulting background.
• Experience designing value metrics and packaging for multi-product portfolios.
• Experience with AI-based pricing and understanding usage-based vs. outcome-based models.

Responsibilities

• Own willingness-to-pay studies for new SKUs, packaging changes, and Que monetization.
• Define value metrics by category to drive durable net revenue retention.
• Own packaging architecture including tier definitions, feature gating, and bundle design.
• Build and maintain competitive pricing intelligence function.
