Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, technical service, or a related customer-facing role.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce; Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical application support for customers, translating needs into product and process solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, product, and process issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality, and customers to develop and commercialize solutions.
• Conduct product trials, evaluate results, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Travel up to 30% (including internationally) to customer sites and industry events.
