ITW Pro Brands in the United States is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for Mold Release applications, reporting to the Sales Manager, Mold Release & Metal Stamping. The role is remote-based, focused on driving regional sales and supporting distribution partners and end users.

You will identify growth opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Quality, and travel 50-60% to customer sites and events as needed to advance opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
10+ years in technical sales or customer-facing technical roles.
Experience selling to chemical, specialty chemical, or materials industries.
Ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical resource for customers and recommend solutions.
Develop and support new applications and business opportunities.
Troubleshoot product, application, and process issues with practical remedies.
Conduct customer trials, product evaluations, and demonstrations; analyze results.
Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality to address customer needs.
Build strong customer relationships and provide technical guidance throughout sales cycle.
