Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 10+ years in technical sales, applications engineering, or related role.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce; Administrator preferred.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Strong negotiating, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality, and other functions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to drive results in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical application support for customers, translating needs into practical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality, and customers to develop and commercialize solutions.
• Conduct product trials, evaluate results, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance and expand applications.
• Provide technical guidance on product selection, processing, and performance.
• Travel up to 30% (including internationally) as needed.
