Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field with analytics coursework.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in model risk management, validation, analytics, data science, AI/ML, or related disciplines.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence executive decisions.
• Experience applying risk, governance, and control principles to complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Model Risk and AI Governance oversight, manage the MRM framework and model inventory.
• Provide risk oversight across enterprise initiatives with advisory support and effective challenge.
• Develop risk insights and executive-ready reporting across model risk, data governance, and technology programs.
