CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Model Risk Advisor to enhance governance of AI models and ensure compliance across a remote US footprint. You will establish model inventories, assess risk, and drive policy adoption in partnership with risk, audit, and business teams.

The role calls for deep experience in model risk, AI governance, and regulatory frameworks. It offers a remote-first culture with opportunities for impact across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, data science or related field.
• Four years of work experience in AI Model governance, Model Risk Management, or Audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Capable of independently authoring and communicating technical and business information on AI governance.
• Experience deploying AI Model governance across a large enterprise.
• AI governance policy, standard, controls establishment and monitoring.
• Proven experiences in AI ethics, governance or compliance.
• Understanding of AI governance principles including regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Ability to lead and influence change within complex organizations.
• Certification in Model Risk Management or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Promote effective governance practices and adopt AI policies and standards.
• Streamline governance processes and identify insights to close compliance gaps.
• Engage with the enterprise AI community to promote governance adoption.
• Establish inventory of AI/ML/GenAI models with ownership and risk ratings.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory requirements and usage.
• Maintain Model Risk Management frameworks, controls and procedures.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs and policy compliance.
• Support model validation and testing activities and communicate findings.
• Participate in AI Model Governance oversight, audits and risk assessments.
• Develop reporting and executive insights on governance and risks.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Risk, auditors and suppliers to maintain governance docs.
• Monitor regulatory expectations related to AI and model risk and update practices.
