Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field with analytics coursework.
• 8+ years in model risk management, model validation, analytics, AI/ML, or related disciplines.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence executive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Ability to provide credible independent challenge across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Model Governance Program including MRM framework, inventory, and committee.
• Support AI Governance framework and assess AI risk across use cases.
• Develop reporting and risk insights for management and governance committees.
• Monitor emerging risks and ensure governance frameworks stay effective.
