Job summary

Premium Mobility FL, based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area, is seeking a Senior Technician for a full-time, on-site role. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs, and related equipment, performing inspections, installations, and in-home demonstrations.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with mobility devices, and reliable transportation for on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Customer service skills with clear communication and professional demeanor.
• Organizational skills for scheduling, documenting repairs, and tracking parts/inventory.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and transport mobility equipment in varied environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs, hospital beds, lift chairs, and related equipment.
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, complete repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Document work performed and coordinate with team for timely service.
• Install and configure equipment in customers' homes and support showroom demonstrations.
• Provide clear product and safety guidance to customers.
• Drive to customer locations as needed; manage parts/tools; maintain organized work area.
