Responsibilities

• Client relationship and account management to grow long-term revenue.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new opportunities and retain accounts.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and maintain competitive edge.
• Prepare and submit RFP responses aligned with client needs and capabilities.
• Support resolution of customer disputes and accounting discrepancies.
