Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Perris, CA, is seeking a Customer Assistance Representative Senior to deliver high-level customer service for branch and rental needs. The role includes face-to-face support, reservations, and sales, with training for growth within the mobility network.

The position is full-time with a starting pay of $20.25/hour for a 40-hour week, plus a benefits package including PTO, employee discount, retirement plan, health/vision/dental coverage, life insurance, and training

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, sales or administrative support experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Open availability and able to work 40 hours/week on Tue-Sat.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• California Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls, reservations, rate quotes and general questions; provide information and resolution for customers and other branches.
• Sell optional services and products and assist with rental needs.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit transactions.
• Provide friendly, timely assistance to customers in person and over the phone.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks such as billing support and reporting.
