Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Mobile Technician III to master preventative maintenance on all vehicle systems and train fellow technicians. The role involves diagnosing complex failures, performing major repairs, and working in the shop between service calls.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, Diesel Technology training, and a preference for Class A CDL. You will join a team supporting FleetPride's leadership in heavy-duty parts and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or Diesel Tech training.
• Diesel Technology certificate/degree is a plus.
• Class A CDL is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicles to determine damage or malfunction and provide preventative maintenance solutions.
• Train new service shop employees on company procedures for vehicle repairs.
• Inspect orders for completion and quality before delivery to customers.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, lubrications and filter replacements.
• Overhaul and repair diesel and gasoline engines, brakes, suspensions and electrical systems.
• Test drive vehicles and use proper equipment to diagnose system failures.
