Job summary

FleetPride seeks a Technician III to manage all aspects of Preventative Maintenance on vehicle systems, including training fellow Technicians. The role involves diagnosing vehicle issues and executing complex repairs in a non-climate controlled shop.

The ideal candidate will have a Diesel Technology Associates degree and 7+ years of experience. FleetPride values safety, customer service, and offers unique perks including weekly pay and comprehensive benefits starting on DAY ONE.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience with class 7 & 8 trucks and 53’ trailers.
Experience in preventative maintenance and complex repairs on vehicles.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections and preventative maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
Train new service shop employees on company procedures regarding vehicle repairs.
Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunction(s).
Repair, reline, replace, and adjust brakes.
Perform basic aluminum and steel wire welding.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
