Job summary

Fabletics, headquartered in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager – Mobile App to drive the customer-centric native app roadmap.

You will own discovery through launch, collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and other squads to optimize conversion, engagement, and revenue. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across ecommerce while maintaining a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and AI-enabled productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with consumer-focused initiatives.
• Mobile app product management experience for native iOS and/or Android.
• Strong data-driven decision-making across ecommerce analytics and experimentation.
• AI tools are used to accelerate PRD and ticket writing.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for the Fabletics mobile app, driving conversion, engagement, revenue growth, and retention.
• Lead cross-platform initiatives with a focus on mobile app while contributing to ecommerce-wide projects.
• Translate business priorities into a prioritized, sequenced roadmap with alignment across squads.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders and tech teams to scope problems and plan execution.
• Draft detailed PRDs and user flows; manage development, QA, UAT, and launch.
