Job summary

REVOLVE Group is seeking a hands-on App Project Manager to own the product roadmap and day-to-day execution for REVOLVE and FWRD’s mobile apps (iPhone, iPad, Android). You will balance long-term strategy with sprint-level delivery to boost conversion and revenue per user.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with engineers, drive features across sprints, and advocate for the app shopper across decisions. This role is located in Cerritos, CA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• Experience with app conversion optimization and mobile UX best practices.
• Experience working with engineering teams (app-side and backend) in an agile/sprint environment.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Slack, and Claude for daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap across REVOLVE and FWRD app properties, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and customer experience.
• Partner with app engineers and backend teams to scope, sequence, and ship features across sprints.
• Lead day-to-day sprint planning and execution with strong attention to detail and follow-through on items.
• Apply app conversion best practices (onboarding, checkout, notifications, store optimization) to lift conversion and revenue per user.
• Represent the voice of the app shopper in product decisions.
