Headfarmer is seeking an accomplished product leader to own the mobile app roadmap end-to-end, infusing AI-driven features and a data-driven mindset. You will turn user insights into a focused backlog, collaborate with engineering and UX, and drive releases on a predictable cadence.

You will guide a team of product managers, define key metrics for adoption and retention, and champion accessibility and responsible AI across the product.

Formación

• 7+ years in product management for consumer-facing or enterprise mobile apps.
• Track record of improving engagement, retention, or satisfaction metrics.
• Hands-on experience with native iOS/Android apps and modern mobile practices.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered features and ethical, transparent AI.
• Strong grounding in agile delivery and user-centered design.
• Experience mentoring or managing product managers.
• Ability to explain complex ideas to executives and non-technical partners.
• Collaborative, low-ego style and trust-building across teams.

Our client, a large, mission-driven organization serving a diverse community of hundreds of thousands of users, is looking for a seasoned product leader to take its mobile app to the next level. The app is already the front door for most users, and the goal now is to make it smarter, faster, and genuinely indispensable.

This is a chance to own the mobile roadmap end to end, bring intelligent, AI-assisted features into everyday user journeys, and help shape how a complex organization delivers digital services at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own the vision and roadmap for the mobile app, prioritizing the features that matter most to users and the business
• Turn user research, analytics, and stakeholder input into clear product requirements and a focused backlog
• Partner with engineering and UX to ship high-quality releases on a predictable cadence
• Introduce smart, personalized features (including AI-driven notifications, recommendations, and self-service tools) that reduce friction for users
• Define KPIs such as adoption, retention, task completion, and app store ratings, and report progress to senior leadership
• Work across multiple departments to align competing requests and keep the product cohesive
• Guide and coach other product managers, raising the bar on discovery, experimentation, and data-informed decision making
• Champion accessibility, privacy, and responsible use of AI in everything the team builds

What You Bring

• 7+ years in product management, with significant time leading a consumer-facing or enterprise mobile app
• A track record of measurably improving engagement, retention, or satisfaction metrics
• Hands-on experience with native iOS/Android products and modern mobile development practices
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered features and a thoughtful approach to ethical, transparent AI
• Strong grounding in agile delivery and user-centered design
