Job summary

RapidAI is seeking a senior product manager for mobile and web apps used by stroke, radiology, and emergency teams to receive AI triage results and coordinate care. You own the direction, roadmap, and clinician-facing outcomes, writing epics and user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.

You will prototype with AI tools, work with Design and Engineering across time zones, and ensure safe, compliant shipping of features in a medical device context with a focus on patient safety and rapid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software product management experience in a professional setting.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, life sciences, nursing or a related field, or equivalent.
• Experience embedding AI into workflows and prototyping with AI tooling.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes or tools that use AI coding tools.
• Ability to define clear, testable requirements and ownership over AI-assisted work.
• Strong knowledge of iOS/Android push notifications, app release mechanics, and performance under constraints.
• Clear, concise writing capable of explaining decisions to clinicians, engineers, and executives.
• Ownership mindset—driving problems to resolution across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the direction, roadmap, and priorities for the mobile and web apps used by clinicians.
• Spend time with users (neurologists, radiologists, emergency physicians, stroke/PE coordinators) to surface problems.
• Prototype before you specify; build working demos with AI and gather clinician feedback.
• Write epics and user stories with acceptance criteria and analytics events.
• Bring AI to clinicians' problems by defining what good looks like before building.
• Ensure timely, safe notifications and integrate with EHR context when needed.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering across time zones and ensure cross-functional alignment.
