Job summary

Hireclout is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams in a fully remote US role. You will shape an AI-native engineering culture, set standards, and enable delivery across product, design, and platform teams.

You will own the health of production systems, drive reliability metrics, and mentor managers to build scalable organizations with strong technical depth and cross-team collaboration. This role emphasizes impact and long-term architectural thinking.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers and managers through scaling and growth.
• Technical depth across multiple domains; participate in design reviews and challenge API contracts.
• Production engineering across teams on AWS or Azure; observability, SLOs, incident response.
• Experience with secure, privacy-sensitive systems; PHI/HIPAA familiarity preferred.
• Decision-making based on delivery, quality, reliability signals and data.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a strong engineering organization spanning multiple teams.
• Create a credible delivery system with visibility of priorities and dependencies.
• Partner with Product and Design leadership to translate business priorities into executable plans.
• Maintain high engineering standards and ensure actions align with long-term quality.
• Own production health and deploy reliable systems with proactive intervention.
• Define AI-related delegation, verification, and review practices across teams.
