Job summary

Mode.Inc is a remote-first company building AI-driven mobile experiences with a global impact. You will own multiple mobile products, drive monetization across subscriptions, ads, and data, and guide the full lifecycle from idea to measurement.

You’ll collaborate with UX, engineering, monetization, design, and user acquisition to execute a bold roadmap. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mobile product management, 3+ years guiding discovery, and strong analytics to back business cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product management experience delivering mobile apps.
• 3+ years owning product discovery from idea to launch.
• Strong monetization experience across IAA, IAP and subscriptions.
• Experience building and scaling native Android and iOS applications.
• Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple utility mobile products and an in-development AI-based rewarded app.
• Lead a cross-functional team to develop and execute product strategy and roadmap.
• Own monetization strategy across subscriptions, ads, affiliate offers and data monetization.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to measurement.
• Partner with UX, engineering, monetization, design and UA stakeholders.
