Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is seeking a Senior Engineer – Digital Experience to design and build modern digital solutions powering web, mobile, and marketing-driven journeys. You will work with digital marketing, analytics, architecture, and customer experience teams to deliver scalable front-end capabilities that provide consistent, personalized experiences across channels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience, strong React/React Native skills, and a track record

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience building production digital experiences across web and mobile.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks including React and React Native.
Ability to design reusable front-end architectures like micro frontends.
Familiarity with APIs, data analytics platforms, and marketing engagement tools.
Knowledge of security, privacy, and accessibility in regulated environments.
Experience with AI-powered tools to accelerate design and development.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality front-end solutions for web and mobile.
Own end-to-end digital capabilities from design handoff to deployment and support.
Design and implement reusable UI components and micro frontends.
Use data, analytics, and experimentation to drive improvements and personalization.
Collaborate with marketing, product, architecture, and backend teams.
Participate in on-call rotations every 12–14 weeks.
