Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is seeking a Senior Engineer - Digital Experience to shape omnichannel digital journeys across web, mobile, and marketing-driven channels. You will build modern frontend solutions, ensure consistency, and support personalized member experiences.

Working with marketing, analytics, architecture, and CX teams, you’ll design reusable frontend architectures, implement micro frontends, integrate with APIs, and apply data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience building production digital experiences across web and mobile.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, React and React Native.
• Experience designing reusable frontend architectures with shared components or micro frontend patterns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontend solutions for web, mobile, and marketing-driven experiences.
• Own digital capabilities end-to-end from design to release and monitoring.
• Develop reusable frontend architectures including micro frontends and shared components.
• Apply analytics, experimentation, and user testing to inform improvements and personalization.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate design and development.
• Collaborate with marketing, CX, product, architecture, and backend teams.
• Integrate frontend solutions with APIs, data and analytics platforms, and experience platforms.
• On-Call rotation approximately every 12–14 weeks for 2 weeks.
