FleetPride, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician III to perform preventive maintenance and advanced diagnostics on class 7 & 8 trucks and trailers.

The role involves in-shop work between service calls, training junior technicians, and possibly participating in after-hours on-call rotations at the Ocala location. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of repair experience, welding skills, air brake certification, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience repairing class 7 & 8 trucks and trailers.
• Diagnostic experience in heavy-duty fleets.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Air Brake Certification or equivalent training.
• Class A CDL is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Examine vehicles to determine the extent of damage or malfunction.
• Provide preventative maintenance solutions when appropriate.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace and service truck.
• Train new service shop employees on company procedures.
• Inspect orders for completion and quality before delivery to customers.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and filter replacements.
• Repair brakes, suspensions, electrical systems, exhaust and steering components.
• Overhaul and repair diesel and gasoline engines.
• Test drive vehicles and diagnose system failures.
