Job summary

Santé Group is seeking a Mobile Crisis Clinician to join our Regional Mobile Response Team in Westminster, MD. This full-time, on-site role operates Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm or 12am–8am, and focuses on crisis assessment, intervention, and coordination with families and community partners.

The role requires a Master's in Social Work or Counseling, MD licensure (LMSW/LGPC/LCSW-C/LCPC), and at least two years of crisis experience; a driver's license and auto insurance are also required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Current Maryland licensure (LMSW/LGPC/LCSW-C/LCPC) required.
• Minimum two years of crisis experience.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-scene assessments and clinical evaluations to develop treatment plans.
• Conduct crisis intervention, de-escalation, and crisis planning.
• Design referrals using community resources and coordinate with partners.
• Collaborate with police, first responders, and community agencies; document thoroughly.
