Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
8+ years in software product management or technology leadership.
Experience leading mobile product vision, roadmaps, and backlogs for native or cross‑platform apps.
Experience with government or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmaps for mobile apps.
Collaborate with government stakeholders, partners, and cross‑functional teams to translate needs into requirements.
Lead cross‑platform mobile delivery for iOS/Android, including architecture and API integrations.
Own backlogs, releases, and user acceptance testing across discovery, design, development, and deployment.
Ensure security, privacy, accessibility, and compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
