DecisionPoint Corporation seeks an experienced Software Product Management Lead to drive the vision, strategy, modernization, and delivery of the Military OneSource public-facing website and its WordPress-based digital experience under the MODES III program. The leader will translate the needs of Service Members, military families, and government stakeholders into secure, accessible product capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in software product management or technology leadership.
Experience leading Agile cross-functional teams in complex environments.
Experience with public-facing websites or digital services.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Military OneSource website and digital services.
Collaborate with government stakeholders, content teams, and partners to translate needs into epics, features, and user stories.
Lead modernization of WordPress-based web platform, including integrations, themes, plugins, and publishing workflows.
Oversee Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, releases, and acceptance criteria.
