DecisionPoint Corporation seeks an experienced Software Product Management Lead to drive vision, strategy, modernization, and delivery of the Military OneSource public website and its WordPress-based digital experience under the MODES III program. This leader translates service member and family needs, government stakeholders, content teams, and partners into secure, accessible product capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, software engineering, information systems, business, or related discipline.
Minimum 8+ years in software product management or digital product leadership.
Experience with enterprise websites, content management, or high-volume digital services.
Experience collaborating with government stakeholders and translating mission needs into software outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Military OneSource website.
Lead WordPress modernization, content publishing, and integrations.
Prioritize backlog, manage releases, and coordinate with government stakeholders.
Ensure secure, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences.
