DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Software Product Management Lead to drive vision, roadmap, user story definition, and stakeholder engagement for a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment.

This role leads the end-to-end product lifecycle, aligning user needs and mission objectives with technical capabilities into a cohesive strategy. The position is fully remote and US-based.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with Tier 3 background investigation is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management, software development leadership, or Agile delivery experience.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and user-focused features.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience translating user needs into actionable stories with technical teams.
• Federal or enterprise environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with mission and user needs.
• Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and user story refinement.
• Develop clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature descriptions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, UX, QA, security, and operations teams.
• Manage product lifecycles from concept through delivery and iterative improvement.
• Analyze user feedback, metrics, and mission needs to adjust priorities.
• Ensure data-driven product decisions aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Support release planning, roadmap presentations, and executive briefings.
• Maintain product documentation, decision logs, and feature tracking artifacts.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across product teams.
