Better Collective is hiring a Growth Specialist – Mobile App to lead full-funnel growth initiatives for the Action Network mobile app, collaborating with Product, Paid Media, CRM, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering teams.

You will drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention, focusing on onboarding optimization, feature adoption, and high-quality user growth across iOS and Android.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience driving mobile app growth across all user journey stages.
• Hands-on experience with ASO, paid media channels, lifecycle marketing and growth experiments.
• Experience using mobile attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Apple Search Ads or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn performance data into actionable priorities, including AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the day-to-day app growth roadmap to increase installs, activations, and retention.
• Partner with Paid Media and Product teams to optimize acquisition channels and onboarding journeys.
• Develop and execute growth experiments across conversion points, onboarding flows, and messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance, DAU/MAU, and conversions with attribution tools.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance growth research, analysis, and reporting.
