Job summary

Better Collective’s Action Network team seeks a Growth Specialist – Mobile App to drive full-funnel growth for our mobile application. You’ll collaborate with Product, Paid Media, CRM, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering to acquire, activate, engage, and retain a high-quality user base on iOS and Android.

This role focuses on owning the growth roadmap, optimizing acquisition channels, running experiments, and using AI-powered insights to improve onboarding and retention across the Action

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience driving mobile app growth across user journey.
• Hands-on experience with ASO, paid media channels, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with mobile attribution and analytics tools like AppsFlyer, Apple Search Ads, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into priorities, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day app growth roadmap to increase installs, signups, active users, retention.
• Partner with Paid Media and Product teams to optimize acquisition channels and onboarding.
• Develop and execute growth experiments across onboarding, feature discovery, messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance and metrics using attribution and reporting tools.
