Fetch is entering its AI-first era, building the intelligent systems that power personalization, relevance, and ranking across our Ads Platform. As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you’ll own the operational foundation that brings ranking and recommendation models from experimentation into reliable production systems.

You’ll partner with Data Science, Product, Platform, and Engineering across the full model lifecycle, including reproducible training, validation, deployment, versioning, monitoring,

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating production ML systems with monitoring and retraining.
• Strong Python and SQL development skills.
• Experience with Spark/PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with data lake/lakehouse architectures (S3, Iceberg).
• Experience with a workflow orchestrator and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Own full model lifecycle from experimentation to retirement.
• Design scalable ML data/feature pipelines and validation.
• Build reliable training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
• Develop monitoring for data quality, drift, latency, and cost.
• Create reusable orchestration workflows and model hub access.
• Collaborate with data scientists to improve production signals.
