Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a senior engineering leader for the Measurement Products team in the United States. You will lead a multidisciplinary group of ML, backend, and data engineers building scalable, privacy-conscious measurement solutions for ad effectiveness and business impact.

You will set the technical vision, partner with product, data science, and ads engineering to productionize causal inference and experimentation, and foster a culture of rigorous validation and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of ML/backend/data teams delivering production systems.
• Experience building measurement platforms and experimentation-based solutions.
• Strong collaboration with product, data science, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Measurement Products engineering team (ML, backend, data).
• Set long-term technical vision and multi-year strategy for measurement platforms.
• Partner with Product Management, Data Science, Ads Engineering, and Infrastructure to productionize causal inference and experimentation.
• Drive scalable ML/data platforms for measurement products including lift, MMM, MTA, and clean-room-based approaches.
• Represent engineering priorities to senior leaders and influence roadmaps across orgs.
