You will select models and services, build scalable ML infrastructure, and drive improvements through human feedback, RLHF, and model fine-tuning in Azure AI environments. This role emphasizes ownership and practical deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied machine learning experience with embeddings and retrieval systems.
• Strong Python skills and production-grade ML pipelines.
• Experience with fine-tuning language models and RAG workflows; ability to evaluate retrieval quality.
