Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and deliver AI capabilities for a government form digitization platform. You will build ML infrastructure, develop retrieval-augmented workflows, and integrate fine-tuned models into a no-code form builder, collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• At least five years of applied ML experience.
• Experience with embeddings and retrieval systems.
• Python proficiency and production-grade ML pipelines.
• Experience designing and tuning retrieval-augmented generation workflows, including RLHF.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services and modern LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and tune vector-based retrieval pipelines.
• Develop RAG workflows and prompt strategies for structured JSON output.
• Fine-tune language models for structured output with performance in mind.
• Lead RLHF processes using feedback from form-builder interfaces and audit data.
• Architect hybrid APIs with model-based inference for scalable deployment.
