Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead our new US-based .NET team, delivering enterprise AI capabilities in production. You’ll own vector search, RAG workflows, and structured JSON fine-tuning across a government-form automation platform.

You will shape the AI transformation, architecting scalable ML infrastructure, and collaborating with product and platform teams to ship real-world impact from day one. This is a remote role with US coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in applied ML, with experience in retrieval, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Strong Python skills and production-grade ML pipelines experience.
• Experience designing and tuning RAG workflows with hybrid search.
• Familiarity with RLHF and fine-tuning for structured JSON output.
• Solid system-level thinking to bring ML into product environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and tune vector-based retrieval pipelines using embeddings and search services.
• Design prompts and agents to translate parsed data into form component schemas.
• Fine-tune LLMs for structured output with low latency.
• Lead RLHF loop development with builder UI feedback and audit data.
• Architect systems blending traditional APIs with probabilistic inference for production use.
• Collaborate with full-stack and platform engineers to deploy in production.
• Stay current with model capabilities and guide adoption decisions.
