Job summary

Red Arch Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced AI/ML Data Engineer to design and implement enterprise-scale data platforms powering vector search, RAG, and LLM applications for a large-scale Agentic AI transformation initiative.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, software engineering, and mission stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions and communicate architectural tradeoffs to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with Polygraph is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of software/ data engineering, distributed systems, cloud architecture, or AI/ML platform development.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions in complex environments.
• Experience designing data pipelines for ML models, vector databases, semantic search, and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-scale data platforms for vector databases, semantic search, RAG, and LLMs.
• Define data quality, lineage, prompt/context traceability, and explainability.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Architects, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineers.
• Translate AI concepts into operational impacts for senior leadership.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across organizations to maximize reuse and reduce duplication.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting for reliable AI platforms.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vector/ retrieval frameworks.
