Job summary

Automate Medical is building a streaming anomaly detection platform for healthcare. You will own the pipeline from modeling to production, including dashboards, models and integrations used by patients, providers, researchers and pharma.

You will operate in a HIPAA-aware stack with BAAs and immutable audit logs, within a lean, senior team with direct access to clinical, security and engineering leads. Remote-first in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior ML/AI experience.
• Evidence-led decision making; disclose subgroup performance.
• Experience in HIPAA/BAA-compliant environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Own the streaming anomaly detection pipeline from modeling to production.
• Develop dashboards, models, and integrations for healthcare audiences.
• Maintain rigorous validation: cohort definitions, held-out evaluation, subgroup analyses, independent reviews, continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with clinical, security, and engineering leads in a lean team.
