Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build AI-driven products that advance clinical trials and patient care. You will develop scalable ML models and LLM-powered agents, collaborating with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to deploy production solutions.

The role emphasizes cloud-based workflows, MLOps, and measurable impact on healthcare outcomes. Remote work within the United States is supported, with modest travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production at scale.
• End-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model serving for real-world applications.
• Strong understanding of NLP and large language models.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-driven products that accelerate clinical trials and improve patient outcomes.
• Develop ML models and LLM-powered agents for patient recruitment, enrollment forecasting, and study feasibility; expand AI knowledge base architecture.
• Leverage modern cloud tools and MLOps best practices to build robust data pipelines and deploy models at scale (Python, AWS, dbt, Prefect, CI/CD).
• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI capabilities into our platform and Care Access products, supporting clinical research workflows.
• Continuously learn and innovate; translate prototypes into production features that advance our mission.
