Job summary

Automate AI, LLC is seeking a senior platform engineer to own the core data ingestion, inference orchestration, and audit logging. You will build dashboards, models, and integrations used by patients, providers, researchers, and pharma, with direct access to clinical and security leads.

The role operates in a HIPAA-aware stack, enforcing five-stage validation and tight security. Remote-first within the US, with equity and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level engineering experience.
• Evidence-led decision making with disclosure of subgroup performance.
• Comfort in a HIPAA-aware, BAA-covered environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, clinicians, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Ship the platform surface—dashboards, models, integrations used by patients, providers, researchers, pharma.
• Hold a five-stage validation bar: cohort definition, held-out evaluation, subgroup analysis, independent review, continuous monitoring.
• Operate inside a HIPAA-aware stack with immutable audit logs on every inference.
• Work in a small, senior team with direct access to clinical, security, and engineering leads.
