Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build scalable AI products for clinical trials and patient care. You will turn cutting-edge research into real-world solutions, tackle complex problems, and automate processes while collaborating across teams.

The role supports remote work within the United States and requires strong communication and empathy. You will work on ML models, NLP, and data pipelines, ensuring reliable, scalable deployments with modern cloud tools and MLOps

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and ML ecosystem (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Able to write complex SQL queries and work with large datasets.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of MLOps including CI/CD, testing, monitoring; model performance and data drift awareness.
• Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, and probabilistic modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-driven products accelerating clinical trials and outcomes.
• Develop ML models and agents for patient recruitment, enrollment forecasting, and study feasibility.
• Create robust data pipelines and deploy models at scale using cloud tools and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, PMs, designers, and engineers to integrate AI into Care Access products.
• Continuously learn and bring new ML ideas to production features.
