TailorCare, Inc. is seeking a Senior ML/AI Engineer to take models from prototype to production and maintain them in a healthcare-driven platform.

You will own the engineering behind predictive and decisioning systems, from deployment to retraining workflows, monitoring, and real-time paths connecting model output to care teams. You will help grow our AWS-native platform toward a hybrid architecture, raise engineering standards, and collaborate with data engineering, software engineering, and

Formación

• 5+ years in ML engineering, MLOps, or data science.
• 3+ years operating ML systems in production.
• Production experience with Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow.
• Production experience with AWS data and ML services and infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven/streaming systems (Kinesis, Kafka).
• Strong Python and SQL; experience with scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch.
• CI/CD for ML workloads and monitoring.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for onsite meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Build the decisioning and feedback layer between score and action: campaign, holdout and experiment assignments, outcome capture, and lift measurement.
• Design and build real-time event-driven integrations between model output and systems that act on it.
• Own cost-to-serve across the platform: instrument compute, streaming, inference, and LLM spend per model and per decision.
• Deploy, monitor, and retrain production ML models with CI/CD, model registry, and alerting for healthcare reliability.
• Build and improve predictive models on healthcare claims, authorization, and operational data; validate in production.
• Extend our AWS-native footprint and Databricks lakehouse: IaC, IAM, containerized inference, and PHI-compliant data handling.
• Extend feature store and real-time features as new sources arrive.
• Own GenAI applications, including LLM pipelines and guardrails for patient data.
• Partner with data scientists and engineers on shared pipelines and interfaces.
• Help establish engineering standards; mentor data scientists on production practice.
• Other duties as assigned.
