Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience in AI/ML or related field.
• Master's with 2+ years of relevant work approved.
• Bachelor's with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate's with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• High proficiency in communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable AI proofs-of-concept with clear production paths.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Design and implement modern AI systems using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and cloud-native services.
• Assess feasibility, risks, and value including security, latency, and cost.
• Create reusable architectures, components, and documentation for scaling.
• Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards across the team.
