Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join the AIDR Engineering Team.

You will support high-throughput, low-latency LLM inferencing, collaborate with data scientists, and help build data pipelines for scalable model training and evaluation. You will mentor engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, and work in an agile environment focused on delivering secure, AI-powered enterprise capabilities.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience doing data engineering and architecture in support of advanced data science use cases.
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and computational architectures.
• Understanding scalability and distributed systems (sharding, partitioning, and concurrency).
• Be a team player.
• A thorough understanding of engineering best practices from testing paradigms to peer code reviews and resilient architecture.
• Ability to thrive in a test-driven, collaborative programming environment.
• Skills to produce unit-tested, code-reviewed software checked in for CI/CD.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.
