Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering and architecture for advanced data science use cases.
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and computational architectures.
• Understanding scalability and distributed systems (sharding, partitioning, concurrency).
• Be a team player and collaborate across teams.
• Strong engineering practices: testing, code reviews, resilient architecture.
• Ability to work in a test-driven, collaborative, iterative programming environment.
• Deliver high-quality, unit-tested software with CI practices.
• Proven experience applying AI to improve workflows and outcomes.
