The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, mentorship, and collaboration in an agile environment, with strong emphasis on code quality and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Data engineering and architecture experience supporting advanced data science use cases.
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and computational architectures.
• Understanding scalability and distributed systems (sharding, partitioning, concurrency).
• Be a team player with strong engineering practices from testing to code reviews.
• Experience with test-driven development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience applying AI to improve workflows and outcomes.
