CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join the AIDR Engineering Team for high-throughput, low-latency LLM inferencing and data engineering aligned to rigorous evaluations.

You will support post-training, data pipelines, model training, and collaboration with data scientists to enable secure AI applications at scale. Remote-friendly role with strong engineering mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in data engineering and architecture for advanced data science use cases.
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and computational architectures.
• Understanding scalability and distributed systems (sharding, partitioning, concurrency).
• Be a team player and adhere to engineering best practices.
