Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join our AIDR Engineering Team. You will support high-throughput LLM inferencing, data engineering aligned with rigorous evaluations, and collaborate with engineers and data scientists to enable secure AI applications.

This front-seat role focuses on scalable design for the AI age. We mentor in security topics as needed and emphasize autonomy, responsibility, and continuous learning in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience engineering data pipelines for large-scale data science workflows.
• Experience with LLM post-training methods and scalable architectures.
• Understanding of distributed systems, sharding, and concurrency.
• Strong collaboration and peer code review discipline.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, tested software in CI/CD environments.
