Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. seeks a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer to join the AIDR Engineering Team. You will support high-throughput, low-latency LLM inferencing and collaborate with data scientists to enable enterprise AI applications.

You will design, implement, test and monitor end-to-end data pipelines, models and deployments while mentoring peers and improving system reliability in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with data engineering and architecture to support advanced data science use cases.
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and computational architectures.
• Understanding of scalability and distributed systems including sharding, partitioning and concurrency.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve workflows and outcomes.
