Scale is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own the design and delivery of agent capabilities in production environments. You will work with generative AI, agentic AI, computer vision, and reinforcement learning to solve mission-critical problems, including government-focused applications and security constraints.

You will lead architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and research teams to deploy scalable ML infrastructure for government customers.

Formación

• 5+ years building and deploying applied ML systems in production environments.
• Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, NLP, DL/RL or computer vision in production.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design and delivery of agent capabilities end to end—architecture, implementation, and evaluation.
• Define new patterns for problems with no established approach and lead the build.
• Ship production-ready models and agents to solve customer problems with rigorous evaluation.
