Scale is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own end-to-end agentic AI capabilities, including GenAI, LLMs, and computer vision, with a focus on government-ready deployments.

You will design patterns, lead production-quality implementations under constraints such as classified environments and limited compute, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and research to deliver high-impact ML capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying applied ML systems in production environments.
• Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, NLP, deep learning and computer vision in production.
• Ownership of architectural decisions and defending tradeoffs in production.

Responsabilités

• Own the design and delivery of agent capabilities end to end—architecture, implementation, evaluation.
• Define new patterns in uncharted problem spaces and lead implementation.
• Productionize models and agents with rigorous evaluation and benchmarking.
