Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to build tooling and services powering ML and generative AI products in production. You will own training/inference platforms, model evaluation, and deployment across the ML/AI SDLC, coding daily.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in production ML/AI, strong Python, REST APIs, Protobuf, Docker and Kubernetes, and a passion for healthcare impact and fast-paced delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of production ML/AI deployment experience.
• Proficient Python coding skills.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Protobuf messaging.
• Docker and Kubernetes deployment experience.
• Experience with relational databases and low-latency systems.
• Familiarity with Celery.
• Strong desire to work on ML/AI products.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Love building systems from scratch and balancing quality with deadlines.
• Excellent communication and prioritization to move teams forward.
