Job summary

CrowdStrike is hiring a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer for our AIDR Engineering Team. You will support high-throughput, low-latency LLM inferencing, post-training work, and data-engineering aligned with rigorous evaluations.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enable secure AI applications at enterprise scale. You will contribute to designing for the AI age, mentor peers, and continuously improve product architecture, models, and performance in a distributed, remote-enabled

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering for advanced data science use cases.
• Deep understanding of LLM post-training methods and architectures.
• Understanding scalability, sharding, partitioning, concurrency.

Responsibilities

• Innovate with state-of-the-art ML technology to accelerate data science.
• Provide pragmatic support for fast-moving research and development teams.
